I have updated my comment, its B dependent permit

I am going to complete 5 years with B dependent permit in Renens this March with B1 certificate so i mailed the commune and they clarified with cantonal authorities regarding early C permit for dependents. I am dependant not working in Swiss.They replied me that i cannot apply for a C permit until 2024 as my husband got C permit in Jan 2019 and i should apply in Jan 2024 after my husband completes 5 years of C permit or apply standard way after 10 years of B i.e 2025 in my case..
